Yes, you heard right: the obnoxious judge from Idol Search was playing guitar for the Cowbelles, because their own guitar player didn't show up. At the end of the performance, Simon was just thrilled! Not with the Cowbelles, of course—he said they were highly overrated—but with his own guitar playing. "I rocked!" he exults.
